RAAM Construction completed the renovation of the Historic Evanston Inn into five two-bedroom/two-bathroom residential condominiums at Evanston Court, along with the construction of eight new residential condominiums.
The newly constructed units include four two-story townhomes containing three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a bonus room; two two-bedroom/two-bathroom elevator flats; and two three-bedroom/two-bathroom elevator flats.
The homes are located in four separate buildings arranged around extensive courtyards and gardens. A single-level security garage provides two parking spaces per residence, and each homeowner is also provided a private storage room.
In 2019, Evanston Court received national recognition from GlobeSt.com for the publication’s ADAPT: Opportunity Zones Awards and was declared the winner for the Best Merging of Past and Future in a Historic Property. RAAM Construction and Heritage Housing Partners were honored at the national awards ceremony hosted by GlobeSt.com in Baltimore, Maryland.
