Alves Lane Apartments

Bay Point, California

RAAM Construction has completed the Alves Lane Apartments—now known as the Breton Apartments—marking a significant milestone for housing in Contra Costa County. This three-story, 114,627-square-foot community adds 100 apartment homes to the Bay Point neighborhood and strengthens the fabric of the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

The development offers a thoughtful mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments across a 3.81-acre site, creating homes designed for a wide range of families. Beyond the residences, generous outdoor and shared spaces encourage connection and community.

RAAM guided the project from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating every stage to deliver a high-quality result on time and on budget. The work reflects the strength of the partnership between Meta Housing Corporation, AMJ Construction Management, and DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors, whose collaboration brought this vision to life.

For RAAM, Alves Lane represents more than a successful build. It marks the company’s return to Northern California and underscores our commitment to transforming communities, one project at a time. Now open to 100 new families, Breton Apartments stands as a living example of how strategic development and dedicated teamwork can create lasting impact.
