Pasadena, California

RAAM Construction completed the relocation and preservation of Pasadena’s iconic Queen Anne style Decker House into two affordable townhome developments.

The properties consist of 16 two-story townhomes, nine at Decker Court and seven at Gill Court, with a shared driveway.

Two of the townhomes, which are located inside the historic Decker House, were renovated to align with current building codes, while maintaining historic standards. Renovations include new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall and finishes, as well as structural and seismic retrofitting.

Aimed at qualified low-income homebuyers, Decker and Gill Court offers a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, and is situated in close proximity to retail stores, healthcare centers, schools and the 210 Freeway.

The affordable townhome developments were built to CAL Green standards, featuring solar panels to enhance energy efficiency and electrical vehicle charging stations.
